Our Charity Work
As well as providing a fun family day out for as many people as possible, one of the main aims of the Wallingford Vehicle Rally and Parade is to raise awareness and funds for a wide range of locally based charities.
Alongside our principal charity SeeSaw bereavement support for children, we were also able to raise funds to support the Wallingford Fire Service, 966 Squadron Air Training Corps, The Rifles Charities - Care for Casualties, Wallingford Sports Trust and the Wallingford Methodist Church. All of which helped out on the day, assisted in running the event and collecting money.
In 2012 we aim to continue the support of these charities, and hope to get more local charitable organisations on board and with your help raise even more funding for these splendid causes.
If you or your organisation would enjoy getting involved, either by helping out, raising funds or providing some form of display/entertainment, we'd be very pleased to hear from you.
