Registration will be open from January 2011 via the on-line registration form or paper forms which are available by post with SAE folded A4 (DL) envelope (Please do not send "Large" envelopes as this may require excess postage charges) from Event Registrar, Wallingford Classic Vehicle Rally, 100 Wantage Road, Wallingford, Oxon OX10 0LX. Club Stands Club stand areas are available (14m wide x 8m deep) for up to 6 cars or 12 motorcycles free of charge provided the display vehicles are entered and paid for in accordance of the charges listed above.. Please note Club Stands must be reserved and paid for before 26th April 2010. Trade Stands Minimum pitch (double stand,4m x 4m) £ 25 Up to two additional pitches (4m x 2m) £ 15 each
Charity Stands Single pitch only (3m x3m). Please contact the Committee Chairman for availability and charges. Method of payment will be advised on registration. Please note payment cannot be accepted by credit or debit card. |
